Neon Eyes

Hello ladies, today im going to show you what I used to get my neon bright eye look!
Never in my life have I ever worn colours this bright, especially all at once! To get the super clean cut shadow, I just used some tape to outline where I wanted it to flick out. Beware though, make sure you apply it to your hand first then peel it off so when you apply the tape to your eye you are not going to be waxing your eye off after you've finished!

Okay so the first product that I used was the Calvin Klein creme sheer shadow in colour 'Bare Silk', I like to use light colour cream shadows as a base to give me a more vibrant and statement look. I apply this all over the lid and up to my brow with my finger.

The next shadow that I used was the Flormar Neon shdaow in orange, I applied this to my inner corners of my eye taking it a third into the lid. This eyeshadow is super pigmented but also is a great subtle crease colour when blended out.

I bought this as soon as I saw it, no girl can resist anything pink! This is the Barry M Dazzle Dust in '85', this is a loose pigment so beware when applying it that it doesn't fly all over the place! I applied this in the center of my lid and lightly blended it with the orange, with a clean blending brush.

Okay so we are slowly getting there! The third colour I used was the No7 Stay Perfect eyeshaow in 'Electric Purple', this is a great shadow but you have to try and get a lot of shadow on your brush to give you the super bright purple that I wanted. I apply this to the outer corners of the lids, working it out lightly. Don't worry you can be as messy as you want with this as the tape will stop the colour from moving from your perfect wing!

I had a set of twelve eyehadows which was bought for me as a present and even though I've never heard of them I am super impressed. The colours are richly pigmented and slightly glitterly (which I LOVE). I applied a small amount of this to my crease whilst blending out the purple.

The next shadow is from the same brand again 'Colour Couture', this is such a beautiful gold, yellow and glitterly shade. Trust me the pictures do not do it justice, I applied a tiny amount of this to the very inner corners of my eyes just to brighten them up slightly.
I then went on to use my favorite eyeliner at the moment which is the Bourjois 16h liquid eyeliner, followed by one coat of my Soap and Glory Thick and Fast mascara. I applied Eylure lashes in number 107, they are great for a dramatic look like this because they are voluminous without taking over the entire eye.
And finally the last item than I used on my eyes was the Barry M Super Soft Crayon under my eye, just to add yet another colour on there ;)

Here are the swatches of all of the colours I used to get this eye look.

I used the Revolution Pro Fix Oil Control Fixing Spray to wet my brush to give me a super bright pigmented colour with all the shadows that I used.
That's all for now my lovelies, I hope you enjoyed.
Stay safe, Mwah xoxo
